Condition & Terms

1. General Overview

AfroCom is conducting a reward-based crowdfunding campaign to support the development and expansion of its platform. Contributions made through this campaign are considered voluntary donations in exchange for specified non-monetary rewards.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.

• By contributing, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under your local laws.

3. Contribution & Payment

• Contributions are final and non-refundable, except in cases where AfroCom fails to deliver the promised reward within the outlined timeframe.

• Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, and PayPal

• AfroCom does not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.

4. Reward Fulfillment

• Each contribution tier comes with specified rewards as outlined on our crowdfunding page.

• For custom rewards (such as personalized badges, name recognition, or exclusive perks), an email will be sent to donors with a form to submit necessary details.

• Donors are responsible for submitting accurate information via the provided form within 15 days of receiving the email.

• AfroCom aims to deliver digital rewards (badge) within 30 days of the campaign’s conclusion. Physical rewards (if applicable) may take longer depending on logistics.

5. Changes & Availability of Rewards

• AfroCom reserves the right to modify or replace rewards of equivalent value in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

• If a reward becomes unavailable, AfroCom will notify affected donors and provide an alternative or issue a partial refund at its discretion.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Donor information will be used solely for reward fulfillment and AfroCom communications.

• AfroCom will not sell, share, or distribute donor information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. No Equity or Ownership Rights

• Contributions do not grant donors any equity, ownership, or decision-making rights in AfroCom.

• This campaign is purely reward-based and does not constitute an investment or exchange for company shares.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AfroCom is not responsible for any losses incurred due to delays, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• While we will make every effort to deliver rewards as promised, AfroCom is not liable for external factors such as shipping delays, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

AfroCom reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
